The clients get billed by the number of hours spent per week by the developer(s) on their project or task. Your project’s developer will report the number of hours spent on your projects on a weekly basis on a time tracking tool. In the case of the “Project base plan” or “Team As a Service” model, it is decided on a case-by-case basis.

We bill every week according to the previous week’s hours reported by the developer(s). In the case of other plans, the billing cycle is monthly.

Payments are made by Bank Transfer, Paypal, and any CC or DC. The link to pay would be in the billing summary/invoice shared with you.
