What you are going to do?

  • Monitor corporate developments including IPO filings, funding rounds, partnerships, and expansion announcements.
  • Track regulatory deadlines, infrastructure investments, and sector-wide transformation triggers to identify opportunity signals.
  • Identify high-potential accounts aligned with YS Tech’s global technology and governance-driven offerings.
  • Build structured target-account dossiers including business context, decision-maker mapping, and entry triggers.
  • Identify warm access pathways through networks, events, partnerships, and institutional channels.
  • Support structured outreach campaigns by converting intelligence into actionable engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with leadership to align market signals with inside sales and pipeline strategy.
  • Track intelligence-to-opportunity conversion and build a repeatable lead-engineering process.

You need to have

  • MBA preferred (Strategy / Sales / Business Analytics / International Business).
  • 6–8 years of experience in business intelligence, corporate strategy, B2B growth, or inside sales strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical ability to connect market trends with revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent documentation and structured reporting skills.
  • Strong commercial instinct with the ability to identify trigger-based sales opportunities.
  • Experience building account-based research, lead lists, and decision-maker mapping frameworks.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver consistently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support founder-level business development initiatives.
